Praise and Prayer Requests for the Week of 8-9-26
1. Praise and thank the Lord for His great salvation and loving care for us!
2. George & Linda’s daughter, Melisssa, has a mass on her kidney. She is scheduled to have it removed in October. Please pray for an earlier date to become available in the schedule to have it removed. Also, pray for George’s friend, Don Martin, that cancer treatment will be effective.
3. Please pray for Dee Klouser for therapy concerning her left knee replacement. Pray that her preexisting tremors in her left hand and head will settle down. Praise God, Larry has received shots which have brought relief. Larry wanted thanks be passed on to everybody for their prayers and cards.
4. Wendy currently doesn't have any pain in her hip! She hasn't seen any doctors, only hospice nurses every other week. If they don't see any decline in her health in 6 months, they will reevaluate if hospice is necessary. Health needs for Joe and Debbie’s neighbors Butch and Peg Kennedy.
5. Melissa's Grandmother (Jean) passed away. Please pray God’s comfort for Melissa, Steve & family.
6. Joe Curcio, Surgery to remove fatty cysts in the back of his neck has been postponed due to risk. Praise God the lumps were biopsied and are benign! Please pray for comfort, strength, healing, and ability to sleep.
7. Tom Simcox, Friends of Israel. Cranes, Southeast Asia, Align Life Ministries, gospel fruit from our local outreaches. “Therefore, pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest field” Matt 9:38 NKJV
8. Pray for God’s blessings and spiritual and numerical growth and for physical and spiritual health. God’s wisdom and guidance for Pastor/Deacons. God’s provision for building, equipment and ministry needs.
9. Cindy, Marv, John and family. Pray for God’s continuing comfort. Also, pray for Marv for scheduling for treatment of kidney stones. Please pray also for salvation and healing of Marv and Cindy’s neighbor, Donna.
10. Darryl, lingering cough and immune system problem.
11. Deb R, please continue to pray for God’s comfort and grace for Deb and family. Also, healing for Deb as she has finished her treatments. Pray also for Gloria as she helps Deb.
12. Pray for Paula's brother Celestino, salvation, heart issues, pray that there will be no repeat strokes. Also, for
Pastor’s nephew, Andrew, kidney needed. Pastor’s sister-in-law, Donna in hospice, Pastor’s brother, Ross.
13. Please pray for the health needs of Bud and Pat. Also, please pray for Carol's Nephew, Tony, who fell. Pray That spinal injuries will heal.
14. Salvation of friends, family and neighbors. Also, God’s comfort for those suffering through various trials.
15. Pray for the persecuted church around the world for God’s protection and for their faithfulness to the Lord.
16. Pray for those who are suffering in Venezuela, Japan and other parts of the world.
17. Pray for God’s blessing in S.S./Sunday Worship, Prayer Meeting, Men’s Breakfast, and upcoming ministries.
18. “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” Prov. 14:34 NKJV Therefore, pray for revival/repentance in New Holland, Lancaster, PA and the USA. Growth of Christians, salvation of the lost.
19. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.” Ps. 122:6a. Pray for the return of Jesus Christ, Revelation. 22:17
